| So I'm watching the Nathan's Hot Dog eating conntest on ESPN2 right now. While entertaining, I can't help but think this is a giant slap in the face to every third-world country that is struggling with starvation. I mean seriously, on one hand you have a population with so much food we've have to waste it by seeing who can put the most into their stomach before throwing it back up. On the otherhand we have 16,000 children dying from hunger everyday, (thats 5 per second by the way). I understand that we can't simply give all our possesions away to help the poverty-stricken but to flaunt our wealth like that, to utterly waste food is... well... pretty sickening.

| Why do people drink shitty beer like natty light or Busch Light. Why oh why. there are more efficient ways to get drunk. Drinking crappy beer is like paying money to drink mexican water. In essence, you're spending money to punish yourself. Next time you think about buying Busch Light, call me up, I can punch you in the face for free and save you the trouble. |
